Offer description

We’re hiring for Kiosk Staff to join our team at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club for the 2025/26 Football Season. This role involves working on Matchdays and Non-match days, including evenings and weekends, in a lively stadium environment.

Responsibilities include:

1. Handling and preparing Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic drinks
2. Processing payments using the tills
3. Restocking food and drink items
4. Welcoming guests and taking orders
5. Providing excellent customer service
6. Serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner
7. Answering questions and making food and beverage recommendations

Requirements:

* Experience in hospitality preferred but not essential
* Good communication and team skills
* Attention to detail and punctuality
* A flexible, proactive attitude
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
