NEW FULLY REMOTE ROLE
I'm hiring for a Principal Pricing Analyst in the Commercial Lines Pricing Team that covers a range of products including home, motor and SME.
This is a great opportunity for personal lines candidates who want to broaden their horizons in commercial pricing.
The Role -
* Developing pricing models
* Analyse and evaluate new rating factors
* Gain experience with Radar, Emblem, Databricks, SAS, SQL and Python
* Support leaders with wider business decisions
* Take responsibility for managing processes with relevant stakeholders
* Being a role model to analysts whilst promoting company culture and continuous improvements
The Candidate -
* Roughly 4 years' experience in insurance (personal/commercial lines pricing preferable)
* Experience of predictive modelling and machine learning
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lead and develop others in the team
Location - FULLY REMOTE (Offices in Berkshire and Yorkshire if required)
Salary - Up to £62,000
