Due to our continual expansion, we are looking for a dynamic Project Manager. This exciting role will work closely with the Head of Projects. Project Manager Responsibilities: Attend site visits to define the scope of works required for a project. Creation, maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures throughout the entire project lifecycle. Ongoing critical path monitoring and mitigation planning for identified project risks via risk analysis and informing the head of projects on ongoing progress. Manage the project and liaise with all identified stakeholders throughout in a professional and efficient manner. Organising, attending, and participating in meetings. Documenting and following up on actions required and delegating tasks accordingly to the identified project team. Identifying actioning and managing any compensation events/project variations via your sound knowledge of contracts (such as NEC). Monitoring of critical path programmes, ensuring project deadlines are met. Undertaking project tasks as required. Supply chain management. Developing project strategies. Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. Completion of all relevant project documentation including CPP, mandates, RACI charts, payment schedules and monitoring, planning and programme management (Microsoft Project) and relevant reporting and completion documentation. Ensuring quality compliance is achieved against customer outlined specifications. Project Manager Requirements: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. Must be self-sufficient in their ability to project manage projects and take overall ownership of delivery. Must have 3 years experience of managing projects and a proven track record of leading a project team to successfully complete a project. Must be proficient in all Microsoft software including Word, Excel, and Outlook, Powerpoint, Project. Ability to work to tight deadlines. Must hold a valid UK Driving Licence.
