The Membership Services Team is the face of Exeter Golf and Country Club and our Receptionists are key to delivering the best experience to our members and guests.
Based on our busy front desk the job is incredibly varied, hard-work but great fun if you like meeting people. It’s your welcome and goodbye that people will remember.
Membership sales – dealing with membership enquiries, providing facility tours and setting up new members of the club.
As Front of House, the job is about much more than giving a warm welcome our members and guests. You will answer questions and provide advice, take payments for coaching, events and personal training, books classes and courts and making spa appointments.
It’s a tough but rewarding job. You get to work at the heart of the club and every day is different. You need to be super-organised, super-friendly and super-energetic. We offer a good salary, free gym, swim and rackets membership (after 3 months), free parking and discounted food while at work.
HOURS AND CONTRACT
Salary: £26, (full time)
Full time position with 8 hour shifts ranging from morning to evening, five days out of seven.Permanent contract.
Spa treatments as sales-linked performance bonus.
