About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in delivering high-quality education and provide targeted support to pupils in class, in small groups, or 1:1—particularly for children with additional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting the class teacher with planning and lesson delivery
* Supporting pupils’ learning and development across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
* Providing tailored support to children with SEN or additional needs
* Helping with classroom organisation and behaviour management
* Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
We are looking for candidates who:
* Have experience working with children in an educational or care setting
* Are patient, enthusiastic, and reliable
* Have strong communication and teamwork skills
* Are willing to undertake relevant training (e.g., safeguarding, SEN)
* Hold or are willing to obtain an enhanced DBS on the Update Service
