Client Accounts Coordinator
Connells Group have a great opportunity for a customer service professional to join their busy client accounts team in Leighton Buzzard. Our Corporate Client Account Coordinatorsprovide bespoke support services to all Lettings Branches, Landlords and Tenants. Their aim is to provide a service which surpasses all customer expectations.
You will be responsible for:
1. Handle queries coming into the department via phone and email from landlords/tenants/branches in a timely and professional manner
2. Maximise the collection of rental payment through communicating with the debtor via telephone, e-mail and SMS, negotiate payment arrangements, monitor aged debt and ensuring accurate records are maintained
3. Load/check property, landlord & tenant details onto client accounts computer system and ensure all charges for fees are correctly raised
4. Process renewals, terminations of tenancies and return of deposits
5. Ensure all funds received are identified and allocated correctly
6. Process rents received and remit to landlord daily by Faster Payments & Cheque
7. Produce statements to landlords detailing transactions on account
8. Provide bespoke monthly reporting to landlords
9. Process requests from landlords/tenants/branches/LSC
10. Ad hoc duties as required by line manager
Your experience and skills will include:
11. Excellent communication and customer service skills with the confidence to deal with challenging queries via telephone calls and e-mail
12. Strong systems experience, a good working knowledge of Excel would be a distinct advantage
13. Excellent writing skills
14. Good analytical ability
15. Ability to stay calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines
16. Flexible approach to working
17. Basic accounts/bookkeeping background an advantage but not necessary
