Employment Solicitor – Leeds – NQ to 3 Years PQE – Hybrid Working
A well-regarded Leeds law firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their Employment team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor or NQ to develop their career in a supportive, growing practice.
The Role
* Manage a caseload of employment matters, primarily employment claimant work.
* Advise clients on settlement agreements under the supervision of a Partner.
* Handle matters from initial instructions through to completion and archiving in line with firm procedures.
* Liaise with clients, tribunals, and other parties to ensure high standards of client care.
* Support colleagues across the Employment team as required.
Requirements
* NQ – 3 years PQE with experience in employment law, particularly claimant work.
* Good knowledge of employment tribunal processes.
* Organised, methodical, and able to work accurately under pressure.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex legal issues clearly.
* Confident with IT and legal case management systems.
* Proactive, professional, and client-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
