A busy cleaning company is recruiting experienced Property Cleaners to support residential tenancy changeovers.
This role involves working in empty properties to prepare them for the next occupants.
What the work involves
* Cleaning rental properties after move-out
* Kitchens, ovens, and surfaces
* Bathrooms including limescale and mould treatment
* Internal glass, woodwork, skirting boards, and floors
* Final presentation before inspection
To be suitable, you should already have around 2+ years of experience in similar cleaning roles. You’ll need to be self-sufficient, with your own equipment and cleaning products, and have access to transport so you can travel between jobs. Good spoken English is also required.
Work is mainly during weekdays, with assignments typically lasting 4–8 hours depending on the property size. Weekend jobs are available from time to time. The rate is £15 per hour.
