We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Special Needs Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming and supportive school in St Albans. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm, with an immediate start available. Previous experience working with children in the UK is essential, and experience supporting pupils with special educational needs is highly valued. The Role of a Special Needs Teaching Assistant: As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs. Work closely with teachers and other staff to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Help ensure that every student feels supported and encouraged both in the classroom and around the school.
