We’re seeking a dynamic team leader to support all aspects of operational processes related to student admissions across all levels of study. This includes overseeing the daily operations of the central admissions team, assessing qualification equivalencies, and developing robust admissions policies.

* Develop and train a team of central admissions experts.
* Utilize data and best practices to process applications efficiently and effectively.
* Make operational decisions to ensure smooth and student-focused admissions processes.
* Maintain detailed knowledge of internal and external policies and recruitment priorities.
* Lead continuous process improvement aligned with policy, procedure, and Imperial’s diversity and applicant experience goals.
* Ensure outstanding front-line service provision.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
* Experience managing record and information systems within a university or similar institution.
* Detailed knowledge of university admissions processes and policies.
* Proven track record of achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
* Dedication to customer service and continuous improvement.
* Experience assessing qualification equivalencies and new qualifications.
* Strong leadership and empowerment skills.
* Ability to handle multiple database systems.
* Support and train staff with tact and diplomacy.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills.
* Strategic and problem-solving abilities.
