Mechanic / MOT Tester
Salary: £35, - £42, DOE

Shifts: Monday - Friday (No Saturdays!)
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out MOT tests in line with DVSA standards
* Diagnose and report vehicle faults accurately
* Support with general servicing and repair work
* Ensure workshop safety and compliance at all times
* Maintain exceptional standards of workmanship
* Work effectively as part of a positive, proactive team
* Deliver a customer-focused service with professionalism
What We're Looking For
* Qualified MOT Tester with a valid DVSA licence
* Strong mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety
* Positive, hardworking team player
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Reliable, organised and able to manage own workload
Nice to Have (desirable but not essential)
* Experience within an independent garage or dealership
* Additional mechanical qualifications or specialist training
