Job description We are looking for a Senior B2B Operations Administrator to join our growing and dynamic team, at our Clacton-On- Sea site. Who are we? CB Heating Ltd part of the EDF group and is one of the most respected names within the renewables sector. We are an established heat pump business with over 20 years of experience and significant revenue growth over the past 2 years, hence we require new roles to support future expansion plans on a national scale following our partnership with EDF- one of the UKs largest energy suppliers. About the role: Job title: Senior B2B Ops Admin Place of work: On-Site Employment type: Full time, Permanent Working hours: 40h/week with 1 hour paid break included, Mo-Fri Salary range: 25k to 28k, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities will include: Timely and accurate task driven order processing within CRM databases and internal systems. Efficient key stage planning and resource allocation for all installation related activities. Accurate invoicing and appropriate follow up for any outstanding monies owed. Prioritizing daily activities in line with KPI driven dashboard, delegating tasks as appropriate. Effective communication with stakeholders to ensure installations are completed on time and on budget. Ownership of Key Account operational matters with appropriate escalation and root cause analysis Contributing to key Account dashboards Successful resolution of issues as they arise and root cause analysis to avoid recurrence. Ensure KPIs and SLAs are adhered to, and any non-conformance is dealt with in the appropriate manner. Involvement in continual improvement activities, including effective contribution requirements gathering and UAT. Ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are met. Mentoring and training other members of the team Other ad-hoc duties About you: 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Administration/ Customer Service, mid -management level, ideally within a B2B environment Degree educated or equivalent experience. Good leadership skills Ability to work with a sense of urgency and meet deadlines. Demonstrate excellent attention to detail. Good communication and negotiation skills both written and verbal. Good interpersonal skills and a team player. Pro-active, results orientated. What are we offering?
