Requirements
Minimum of one years experience as a Chef de Partie or above, with proven skills and reliability
Confidence to run any kitchen section or lead a team when required
Ability to work independently and efficiently, with a focus on delivering quality under pressure
Strong understanding of food hygiene, allergen management, and labelling regulations
Up-to-date food safety and hygiene certifications
Clear communication, a positive attitude, and a collaborative approach to kitchen teamwork
