We are looking to recruit an Assessor/Trainer in Health and Social Care.
All Training will be provided for this role - if you are unqualified then you will be trained to become a Qualified Assessor through City and Guilds.

Office Based - Bangor
Summary: Delivering Health and Social Care apprenticeship across North Wales.
Responsibilities:
Delivering Health and Social Care training to work-based learners (Levels 2-5)
Deliver Essential Skills
Support a caseload of learners through a blended learning model
Plan for teaching, learning and assessment
Conduct regular reviews of progress with learners and employers
Attend standardisation activities
Use E-portfolios
Skills, attributes and qualifications:
Ideally hold relevant assessing qualification in either TAQA, A1/ D32/33
Relevant sector qualifications
Relevant occupational experience (2 years minimum)
Excellent communication and time management skills
Ability to inspire and motivate learners
Computer literate
Good Literacy and Numeracy Skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £25,700-£27,040 (depended on level delivered) plus yearly performance based bonus
