PPA Cover Teacher (4 Days per Week)

Salary: MPS/UPS (depending on experience)
Are you a passionate and flexible class teacher looking to join a small, nurturing school at the heart of its community? Our client - a welcoming junior school in Reading - is seeking a talented PPA Cover Teacher to join their team from September 2025 on a 4-day-per-week basis.

The Role:
As the PPA Cover Teacher, you will:
* Teach across KS2 to cover staff PPA time
* Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in line with school policies
* Work flexibly across year groups, building strong relationships with pupils and staff
* Support the wider development of the curriculum and contribute to whole school life
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience across Key Stage 2, with a creative and adaptable teaching style
* A caring, child-centred approach with high expectations for behaviour and learning
* A team player who can contribute to a positive and collaborative school culture
* Passion for inclusion and a desire to help every child reach their full potential
