Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to provide support to a soon to be 15 year old boy with Autism within his own home and within the local community.
Responsibilities
* Provide daily living support, including personal care and assistance to access suitable activities in the home and local community.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Previous experience is essential; a positive attitude and good work ethic are essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A car driver with a clean driving licence is essential.
Contract and Benefits
* Part-time position for 4 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.21.
* 5.6 weeks paid annual leave and workplace pension scheme.
* Post is subject to a clear enhanced DBS check paid for by the employer.
