They are based across two locations in Godalming and Oxted. Your key focus is new sales, servicing existing clients and operational efficiency. As a regulated business, maintaining risk and compliance standards is critical.Your responsibilities will include:Delivering your team’s sales planMaintaining operational standardsDeveloping your teamMaintaining a positive cultureMaintaining working environment standards consistently within NFUM risk and compliance appetiteContributing to the Senior Leadership Team.About YouMotivated self-starter with a positive, team player and can-do attitude.
