We are recruiting for an experienced warehouse operative with FLT cert & experience, but who can also provide cover within theirtransport/logistics department during holidays and sicknesses to join our clients operation.
Working Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
We are seeking an Experienced Fork Lift truck driver/Warehouse Worker to join our client's team in the warehouse department of a busy manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for some handling materials, operating equipment, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods within the warehouse.
Duties
- Utilise forklifts to move materials and products within the warehouse
- Manage shipping and receiving processes
- Replenishing of Stock across the warehouse
- Handle materials with care to prevent damage
- Load and unload goods from delivery lorries
- Assist with delivery notes in busy transport office, and adding driver/delivery info onto company system
Skills
- Have excellent computer skills and reading/writing skills.
- Excellent strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in forklift operation (Reach Ideally, but can accept counter balance)
- Hold certifications for FLT's
- Strong materials handling skills
- Familiarity with warehouse operations
- Ability to use warehouse management systems effectively
