About the Role

Responsibilities
* Lead Continuous Improvement projects using Lean tools: Kaizen, SMED, Six Sigma, 5S, 8D, Value Stream Mapping
* Develop and optimise manufacturing processes to meet quality standards
* Implement robust process controls and error-proofing solutions
* Support new product development from concept to launch
* Specify and validate equipment, tooling, and fixtures
* Drive cost reduction through process optimisation and value engineering
* Prepare CapEx reports with justification and cost analysis
* Contribute to capital investment planning and execution
Qualifications
* HND/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial preferred)
* Experience in high-volume manufacturing (automotive or similar)
* Practical exposure to Lean methodologies and problem-solving tools
* Knowledge of automated assembly systems, tooling and test equipment
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings
* Six Sigma Green/Black Belt advantageous
* Experience with CapEx projects beneficial
