Mechanical Supervisor

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + 10% Bonus + Overtime + 33 Days Holiday

The Opportunity
As Service Manager, you will lead a team of 11 engineers within a workshop environment, ensuring high standards of productivity, quality, and continuous improvement. You’ll also act as the primary technical contact for both customers and suppliers.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys combining team management with technical involvement.
You will oversee operations across two sites, with regular travel (2–3 nights per week). A company van will be provided for site travel.

About You

Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or Team Leader

Strong technical knowledge of gearboxes, motors, engines, pumps, and rotating equipment
*
Hands-on experience with stripping, inspection, and repair of mechanical components
*
Ambitious and ready to progress into a Service Manager role
*
Comfortable with travel and working across multiple sites
