About you
* You’ll come from a hands on industrial, manufacturing, engineering or operational environment and be comfortable operating within a complex, fast moving business
* Proven experience operating as a Learning & Development Manager within a commercially driven organisation
* Resilient, credible and confident enough to challenge, influence and build trust across all levels of the organisation
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate effectively across both operational and leadership populations
* Public sector and heavily corporate environments are unlikely to align with the realities of this workforce
