* £55,000 per annum, plus the potential for additional tronc earnings

Requirements
* Previous experience in award‑winning restaurants, luxury hotels, or private members’ clubs
* Strong foundation in Italian and/or European cuisine is preferred
* Stable and consistent employment history is essential
* Proven ability to deliver high‑quality dishes in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment
* Confident working within a large brigade – you’ll be part of a 50‑strong team, serving up to 500 covers per service
