About this RoleThis is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced admin environment and enjoys playing a key part in making operations run smoothly. You’ll be supporting our Commercial and Operations teams by managing recharges, warranty claims, and customer queries with accuracy and professionalism. Be the first point of contact for customer queries on recharges and warranties Process recharges accurately and liaise with Finance to ensure timely invoicing Submit and follow up on warranty claims with manufacturers Investigate downtime claims using supporting documentation and internal resources Generate reports and KPIs to help drive team performance About YouYou’ve likely worked in a similar role and know how to keep calm under pressure. You’re naturally organised, confident working with data, and happy to get stuck into a variety of tasks. You’re a strong communicator who takes pride in accuracy and ownership. Previous experience in a commercial support or administrative role Strong attention to detail and time management skills Confident communicator across teams and with external partners Comfortable working with internal systems and handling data Able to prioritise effectively and adapt to changing deadlines Even if you don’t match every skill listed, we encourage you to apply—great potential matters to us.
