As an Assistant Manager, you’ll work alongside the Centre Manager to provide effective management and leadership, driving profitability with a firm focus on the customer journey. Ideally, you will have previous hands-on experience as a mechanic, as you will divide your time between the workshop, working alongside technicians, and assisting the Centre Manager with daily sales and customer service.

Skills and experience
* Experience and ability to deliver high customer satisfaction through effective management
* Experience and ability to coach/train colleagues in the moment
* Technical/mechanical ability or experience
* Experience of meeting compliance standards across health and safety
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
* IT proficiency, with willingness to learn in-house systems
* Good time management
* A current valid driving licence
