Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + annual bonus

The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a top UK STEM graduate to join a highly respected consulting and analytics team operating at the intersection of data science, business strategy, and organisational transformation.
As a Data & Consulting Associate, you will work alongside experienced consultants and data scientists on projects that analyse company performance and identify the key drivers of strategic and operational success. You’ll apply quantitative methods, benchmarking models, and analytical frameworks to guide business improvement and support senior decision-making.
This is the ideal role for someone who enjoys analytical problem-solving, working with data, and applying scientific thinking to real-world business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
* Support consulting projects with data analysis, research, and performance benchmarking.
* Build and maintain datasets, dashboards, and predictive models to inform strategic recommendations.
* Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to identify key drivers of profitability and growth.
* Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and visual reports for senior stakeholders.
* Collaborate with consultants on client transformation and performance improvement programmes.
* Assist in developing analytical frameworks, tools, and deliverables used across global projects.
* Contribute to thought leadership and internal research initiatives.
About You
* Graduate from a top UK university (e.g. Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial, LSE, UCL, Durham, Warwick, or equivalent).
* Degree in a STEM discipline such as Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Python, R, Power BI, or SQL is advantageous.
* Clear and confident communicator, comfortable presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
* Intellectually curious, methodical, and motivated by solving complex problems.
* Genuine interest in predictive analytics, business strategy, and data-driven consulting.
* Available to start immediately or by November 2025.
