The Opportunity
Work alongside dedicated Educators and supportive Centre Managers as you:
* Lead and mentor a team of educators
* Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality early learning programs
* Build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and your team
* Support children’s development through play-based and intentional teaching
* Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
* Contribute to continuous improvement and centre quality practices
The Centre
Our centre features expansive, light-filled play spaces, thoughtfully resourced with Reggio Emilia–inspired materials that encourage curiosity, creativity, and exploration. You’ll be supported by a collaborative and dedicated leadership team committed to fostering a warm, inclusive, and nurturing environment for both children and educators. Conveniently located just off Torrens Road, Croydon Park is easily accessible and offers ample parking as well as nearby public transport options.

What you’ll bring
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
* Experience in the early childhood sector
* Strong knowledge of the NQF, EYLF, and regulations
* Confidence in leading or mentoring a team (or readiness to step into this)
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Valid Working with Children Check
* Strong understanding of Child Protection responsibilities
Highly regarded
* Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, and Food Safety certificates
* 2+ years’ experience in early childhood education
