Head Chef - Whitley Bay Pub (Under New Management!) We're on the lookout for a Head Chef to take the reins in a newly managed pub in Whitley Bay. What's on Offer Starting salary: £40,000 quarterly performance bonuses Contract: 40-45 hours per week (extra hours may be needed during busy periods) Shift times: Between 10am-10pm, open 7 days a week Temp-to-Perm with ASAP start Opportunity to shape the menu and put your stamp on the kitchen About the Role Lead the kitchen team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations Prepare and serve classic pub dishes with a home-cooked feel Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation Manage stock, ordering, and cost control Work closely with management to develop menus and seasonal specials What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef Passion for fresh, hearty pub food Strong leadership and organisational skills Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver consistent quality A team player who wants to grow with the business If interested please apply now!
