An experienced Housing Options Officer is required to join a busy Housing Solutions team within a local authority. This is a front-line role that plays a key part in preventing homelessness and providing tailored housing advice and assistance to those in need. The successful candidate will bring a strong working knowledge of homelessness legislation and a prevention-first mindset, capable of managing complex caseloads and supporting vulnerable individuals, including those with a history of rough sleeping.
