We’re hiring our first-ever Marketing Manager a strategic thinker and hands-on doer who’s ready to build our marketing function from scratch. If you thrive in a blank-canvas environment and love turning ideas into impact, this is your moment.
💼 What You’ll Do
* Develop and execute a full-stack marketing strategy across digital, content, events, and partnerships
* Build brand awareness and generate leads through creative campaigns and targeted outreach
* Own our online presence -website, SEO, social media, and paid channels
* Create compelling content: case studies, blogs, email campaigns, and sales collateral
* Collaborate with sales to align marketing efforts with revenue goals
* Analyse performance and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI
* Be the voice of marketing in the business -reporting directly to the leadership team
🎯 What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally in tech, SaaS, or IT services
* A self-starter who’s comfortable being the only marketer (for now!)
* Strong digital marketing skills -SEO, PPC, CRM, automation, analytics
* Excellent writing and storytelling ability
* Strategic mindset with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
* Based in or near Manchester, with flexibility to work remotely when needed
