Steventon House Hotel is a 20-bedroom boutique property with a stylish bar, unique Indian-fusion restaurant, and beautiful gardens. We’re relaunching after a few challenging years, and we’re looking for anOperations & Sales Managerwho can take the reins, inspire the team, and help us build something exceptional again.
You’ll behands-on, sales-driven, and creative— with the freedom to bring your own ideas to life and share in the rewards of success.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience
* Drivingroom bookings, events, and F&B salesthrough creative offers, packages, and partnerships
* Managing and motivating a small, passionate team
* Building relationships with local businesses, wedding planners, and event organisers
* Working with the owner to plan and deliver ourhotel relaunch campaign
* Bringing energy, ideas, and a fresh perspective to every part of the business
Who We’re Looking For
* Hospitality or events management experience (hotel background preferred)
* A proven track record inincreasing sales and revenue
* A proactive problem-solver with a “can-do” attitude
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Organised, adaptable, and full of fresh ideas
* Must have theright to work in the UK

* £30,000–£35,000 salary(depending on experience)
