Passive Fire Site Supervisor Location: South East London & East of England Salary: Circa £45,000 + Van + Benefits

The Role
As Passive Fire Site Supervisor, you will take ownership of individual contracts across South East London and the East of England, overseeing site operations across passive fire protection works including fire stopping, compartmentation and fire doors. You will be responsible for supervising operatives and subcontractors, driving productivity, maintaining quality standards and ensuring all works are delivered safely, compliantly and on time.
You will liaise directly with customers and building users at site level, manage access, resolve issues, and ensure all site paperwork, progress records and quality checks are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
* Understand the scope of works and plan and motivate site operatives for maximum productivity
* Liaise directly with clients and building users to obtain access and resolve on-site issues
* Induct operatives to site-specific requirements and company procedures
* Ensure all on-site practices are adhered to and enforce a right-first-time culture
* Capture progress and variation information for accurate reporting
* Complete and maintain all site paperwork and diaries in an organised manner
* Deliver toolbox talks, carry out site inspections and conduct equipment checks
* Carry out quality assurance checks and ensure sign-off of works on site
* Resolve QA failures, site issues, and client complaints effectively
* Ensure appropriate labour resourcing across contracts
* Ensure sites are fully stocked with materials and access equipment, minimising waste
* Carry out accurate site surveys and measuring
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in passive fire protection — fire stopping, compartmentation and/or fire doors
* Experience supervising and scheduling the works of others
* Background working within healthcare environments is desirable
* NVQ Level 2 or above in Passive Fire Protection — required
* CSCS Card — required
* SSSTS — required
* Full UK Driving Licence — required
* First Aid (full qualification) — preferred
* IPAF/PASMA — preferred
