As a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher, you will deliver personalised learning programmes that meet the diverse needs of pupils with Special Educational Needs, ensuring every child can achieve their full potential. Key Duties: Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet individual learning needs. Develop and implement EHCP targets and personalised learning plans. Work closely with support staff, parents, and external agencies. Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies as an SEN Teacher to ensure positive outcomes. Essential Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification. Experience working with pupils with SEN, including a range of additional needs. Strong understanding of safeguarding and inclusive practice. Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills. An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
