SEN Teaching Assistants – Plymouth
Full-Time or Part-Time | Start ASAP or January 2026 | Mainstream & SEN Settings
We are looking for passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join schools in Plymouth. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with special educational needs.
Role Overview:
1. Support students with a range of SEN needs in mainstream classrooms or specialist settings.
2. Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored learning and interventions.
3. Provide one-to-one or small group support to help students achieve their potential.
4. Promote inclusion and positive behaviour in the classroom.
What We’re Looking For:
5. Experience working with children with SEN (desirable but not essential).
6. Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting learning.
7. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
8. Ability to adapt to different learning needs and environments.
