What You'll Do as SEND Specialist Teacher
* Deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons to students with a range of SEND needs.
* Develop and implement personalised learning plans and EHCP targets.
* Work closely with support staff, parents, and external agencies.
* Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture that celebrates diversity.
* Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to students and stakeholders.
* Promote emotional well-being, resilience, and life skills.
What You Bring as SEND Specialist Teacher
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Proven experience working with SEND students in a school setting.
* Strong understanding of SEND strategies, interventions, and legislation.
* Excellent communication, empathy, and behaviour management skills.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all learners.

* Hold an enhanced DBS registered to the update service or be willing to apply for one.
