This role focuses on managing temporary recruitment accounts within the industrial sector, supporting both multinational clients and SMEs. You will play a key part in maintaining strong client relationships, delivering tailored staffing solutions, and ensuring the smooth running of temporary assignments.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end temporary recruitment processes for a portfolio of industrial clients
* Source, screen, and assess candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
* Maintain regular contact with clients to understand staffing needs and ensure service satisfaction
* Conduct thorough candidate interviews and compliance checks to meet client and legal requirements
* Oversee the placement and onboarding of temporary workers, ensuring smooth assignment starts
* Handle day-to-day account management, including timesheet queries, absence management, and performance feedback
* Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and support new business development
* Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company and legal standards
