Overview
The Leader Group is supporting a growing education programme as part of a leading specialist education provider. We are seeking a dedicated SEN Tutor to make a genuine difference for learners who need extra support to reach their potential and participate in learning. The role involves delivering support across multiple pupils in various locations across the region.
Role
SEN Tutor – Casual contract
* Deliver Maths, English, and intervention sessions at KS3 or foundation KS4 level.
* Work face-to-face with learners in their homes or neutral locations such as community libraries, or via Microsoft Teams, across the Stoke-on-Trent area.
* Support vulnerable students by tailoring lessons to their learning needs.
* Collaborate with safeguarding advisers to ensure learner wellbeing and development are fully supported.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Holds QTS/QTLS (essential).
* Brings a compassionate, student-focused approach, particularly for learners with SEND or SEMH needs.
* Has tutoring or teaching experience with children requiring additional support.
* Holds a full UK driving licence.
