Title: Group Leader- Project, Programme and Portfolio Management
Location: Bristol/ Portsmouth
Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 + Comprehensive Benefits
Working Pattern: Full time (37.5 hrs per week) – Hybrid Working

A vacancy has arisen for a Group Leader in the Projects, Programme and Portfolio Management (P3M) Discipline Area.
The P3M discipline area and its associated groups develop and deliver a wide variety of projects, programmes, and portfolios of work, as well as supporting business development opportunities. This can range from leading multi-disciplinary Frazer-Nash teams, to working autonomously, providing best practice guidance, and coaching to upskill client teams.

* Set the vision and direction for your group, aligned with our wider business strategy.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled team — creating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous growth.
* Deliver high-quality consultancy projects and act as a role model for technical and commercial excellence.
* Enhance skill development and promote knowledge exchange among various fields.
* Work closely with market-facing teams to grow our business and shape opportunities.
About You
* Chartered (or equivalent) professional with a Master’s degree (or equivalent experience).
* Skilled leader with line management experience and a commitment to growing team members.
* Insightful strategist who also takes practical action to ensure goals are met.
* Clear communicator, collaborator, and advocate for our values.
* Practitioner in at least one of the Recognised PM methodologies (i.e. MSP, APM or PRINCE2)
* Knowledge and experience of range of P3M delivery methodologies and tools
* Experience in developing solutions for customers and delivering subsequent programmes of work to customer satisfaction, schedule, and budget.
