The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and resilient Business Development Manager to join our team during an exciting early stage of growth. As we expand, there will be significant opportunities for the right person to progress into leadership. We’re looking for someone ambitious who wants to grow with the company and, within 12 months, take on the responsibility of building and managing their own team of BDRs.
Unlike a typical call centre, we offer a supportive and flexible working environment where success is rewarded and progression is encouraged.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound B2B cold calls using an auto-dialler system.
* Generate qualified leads and book meetings for clients.
* Accurately record and manage call outcomes in our CRM system.
* Consistently achieve daily and weekly targets.
* Represent client brands professionally at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 1 year of B2B cold calling experience.
* Familiarity with CRM systems (preferred).
* Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.
* Resilience and motivation to hit high activity targets.
* Professional business attire required.

* Base salary of £35,000
* OTE YEAR 1 - £70,000
