A well-established construction consultancy based in Manchester/Leeds and other key UK locations are seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team.
You'll be part of a close-knit, high-performing group delivering on a commercial, residential, higher education, heritage and logistics projects
Role Overview:
As a Project Manager, you'll support on multiple projects, liaising closely with clients to ensure successful outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who has gained a solid Project Management foundation and looking to ignite their career.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support on delivery of multiple, simultaneous construction projects
* Support a team of Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors
* Act as client liaison, ensuring exceptional service and communication
* Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
* Report progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders
Requirements:
* Experience, ideally 3-4 years, managing construction projects
* Strong client-facing and communication skills
* A RICS accredited degree
* A hunger to learn and progress APC
