Reporting to the Engineering Manager (Projects), the Lead Civil and Structural Engineer will be responsible for the quality of the Civil and Structural design output, will participate in design reviews and will manage a team of engineers and designers including developing, supporting and guiding more junior team members. You will be based at our head office in Knutsford with the opportunity for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in office presence.
