Position: Full-time Early Years Practitioner
Pay: Competitive, depending on experience and qualifications
About the Role:
* Working in the school’s nursery provision, supporting children aged 3–4
* Supporting learning and play in line with the EYFS framework
* Helping to plan and deliver engaging activities that support all areas of development
* Supporting children’s personal, social, and emotional wellbeing
* Working closely with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals
* Ensuring a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
What We’re Looking For:
* A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
* Previous experience in an early years or nursery setting (school-based preferred but not essential)
* A warm, caring, and proactive attitude
* Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and early childhood development
* Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
* A commitment to supporting every child to thrive
