With ambitious growth plans, the European Marketing team plays a critical role in defining and generating revenues from existing and new customers across new geographies and new platforms. This team is responsible for putting the customer at the heart of the business and help scale the Pret offering, often providing guidance, advice and best practice from our largest “home” market to our newest Pret shops around the world.
Pret is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator (EU & UK) to help support the business through the next phase of its journey. The role will report into the EU & UK Senior Digital Manager and will sit within the European Marketing Team, supporting the delivery of a range of digital marketing activities – digital content planning and management, social media management, paid media campaign planning, performance reporting, etc.
It is important for the successful candidate to be an effective and credible collaborator, working closely with the wider European marketing team and other key stakeholders within the business, including Food & Coffee Team and Operations Team.

Responsibilities
* Support delivery of a range of digital marketing activities, working closely with EU & UK Senior Digital Manager, EU & UK Social Media Manager and UK CRM & Digital Content Manager
* Coordinate digital briefs for paid media, social media, email and app comms and other digital channel requirements as needed
* Support social media content production, including creation of assets, copywriting and publishing content
* Support community management activities for UK social media accounts
* Assist with content planning and management for website, app and customer comms
* Support day-to-day management and maintenance of UK shop online listings, working closely with UK shop and franchise marketing team
* Assist with all BAU and campaign performance reporting
* Manage and support ad-hoc digital activities for EU & UK Pret brand awareness and new campaigns – e.g. setup of promotions, event activation ticket sales, digital lifestyle photoshoots, etc.
* Monitor social media and digital marketing trends

* Passionate about food and coffee, with a willingness to learn about digital marketing and embracing new concepts, platforms and formats
* Fluency in European language preferred, but not essential
