Payroll Manager Full Time and Part Time consideredDynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Full or Part time Payroll Manager minimum 20 hours, to join an SME business based on the outskirts of Portsmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate.Payroll Manager role:
* Weekly and monthly payroll duties from start to finish
* Calculation of holiday, SMP, SPP and SSP
* Processing statutory deductions
* Liaising with HMRC including real time submission
* Processing starters and leavers
* Pension administration
* Stay updated with payroll legislation and industry changes through independent research.
Payroll Manager candidate skills and experience:
* Previous payroll administration experience
* End-to-end payroll processing experience, including pensions, benefits, and statutory payments.
* Ability to coordinate, prioritise, and multitask with minimal supervision.
* Strong customer-focused approach, handling queries by telephone and email.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Knowledge of payroll legislation, processing, and auto enrolment regulations.
