Join our dedicated team at Kates Hill Primary as a Lunchtime Supervisor, supporting learners’ wellbeing and safety throughout lunchtime. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will supervise pupils in the dining area, ensuring positive behaviour, safe play, and smooth lunch routines. You will manage dining queues, monitor play spaces, maintain cleanliness, and act swiftly on incidents, including administering first aid where required. As a positive role model, you will set high standards of conduct and communication. This varied role requires teamwork, vigilance, and commitment to safeguarding.
