* Monitorsecuritysystemsandconductregularsitecheckstomaintainasafeenvironment
* Managedeliveries,post,andcontractorscomingontosite
* Assistresidentswithday-to-dayenquiriesandbuilding-relatedsupport
* Maintaintheconciergedeskandcommunalareastoahighstandard
Requirements:
* Previousconcierge,hospitality,orcustomerserviceexperienceisdesirable
* Strongcommunicationandinterpersonalskills
* Abilitytoremaincalmandprofessionalinallsituations
* Aproactive,hands-onapproachtoproblemsolving
