Reservations Manager
The Westbury, part of The Doyle Collection, is seeking an experienced Reservations Manager to lead our reservations team and help deliver a world-class guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily reservations operations and team performance.
* Maximise room revenue through yield management and upselling.
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office.
* Monitor booking trends and produce reports.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a reservations or revenue role, ideally in luxury hospitality.
* Strong leadership, communication, and IT skills.
* Knowledge of Opera or similar systems an advantage.
