Project Manager – Lifecycle (Facilities Management) Location: Corsham

We are now looking for a Project Manager to support the delivery of lifecycle works across a Defence PFI portfolio. This role will focus on the planning and delivery of small-scale construction and refurbishment projects, ensuring assets are maintained, improved, and compliant with contractual and operational requirements. The Role As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of delivering a programme of lifecycle works, managing 15–20 concurrent projects at any one time. These projects will typically involve facilities management, refurbishment, and minor construction works within a live Defence environment. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while supporting the wider lifecycle strategy. Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple small works projects across the lifecycle programmeOversee projects within facilities management, construction, and refurbishment environmentsCoordinate all project phases, including planning, procurement, delivery, and handoverManage a portfolio of approximately 15–20 live projects simultaneously, ensuring effective prioritisationWork closely with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth deliveryMonitor budgets, timelines, and performance against KPIsEnsure full compliance with HSE regulations and Defence safety standardsSupport lifecycle planning through feedback on asset conditions and project outcomes About You We are keen to speak with candidates who have:
Experience delivering projects within facilities management, construction, or refurbishment sectorsA proven track record of managing multiple small to medium-sized projects concurrentlyStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume workloadExperience working in regulated environments (Defence, PFI/PPP desirable)A good understanding of health & safety and FM best practicesA proactive, solution-focused approach with strong stakeholder management skills What's in it for You?
