The Role – SEN Teacher
Seeking an SEN Teacher to deliver a highly differentiated, personalised curriculum for pupils with moderate to severe learning difficulties and associated communication needs within a supportive specialist setting. You will teach small classes, adapt learning to individual profiles, contribute to EHCP targets and embed structured routines that promote communication, independence and confidence. The role involves close collaboration with therapists and pastoral teams, supporting emotional regulation, social development and life skills, while maintaining a safe, consistent and positive learning environment where every pupil can thrive.
The School – SEN Teacher
This school is a non-maintained special school in Hillingdon supporting pupils aged 7–19 with moderate to severe and complex learning needs, including autism, speech, language and communication difficulties, and sensory processing needs.
