Job description
The Youth Matters Service is a dynamic youth work service supporting children and young people with physical disabilities, acquired brain injury and those who have a diagnosis of autism through personal and social development opportunities, social activities and inclusive partnerships.
Responsibilities
* Facilitate the inclusion and participation of young disabled people in a broad range of group-based activities within Cedar’s Community Inclusion Services.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
* Interest in working with children and young people with disabilities.
* Awareness of the needs of people with physical disabilities.
* Availability evenings, weekends and school holiday.
