IT Technical Services Analyst Belfast | 12 month Fixed-Term We are looking for an experienced IT Technical Services Analyst to play a key role in managing and evolving our clients hybrid infrastructure. If you're passionate about cloud, security, and automation, this is a chance to work with a forward-thinking team driving innovation across the business. Day-to-day: Manage and support cloud services, VMware environments, and Windows Server infrastructure. Maintain and strengthen security through patching, vulnerability management, and BCDR protection. Troubleshoot and resolve server and application issues, documenting solutions. Oversee core services like Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and certificate management. Support SaaS/PaaS deployments, Microsoft Dynamics AX, and MDM solutions. Collaborate with vendors, partners, and cross-functional teams. Take part in on-call support for critical issues. Experience: Strong background in infrastructure, systems administration, or DevOps. Expertise in Windows Server (2016-2022), Azure, and Entra ID. Solid knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and security best practices (CIS, ISO27001). Hands-on experience with vulnerability management, monitoring, and cybersecurity products. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure. ITIL knowledge or certification (foundation level). Nice to have: Terraform/IaC experience, Azure tools (AKS, Functions), Intune or MDM, Dynamics AX, and networking (F5, firewalls, switches, routers).
